My second favorite setting is Europe:

My third favorite setting is Summer/the beach:
1. Twenty Boy Summer by Sarah Ockler
2. Along for the Ride by Sarah Dessen
Your first topic and my whole post are the same, and I have two of those on my list, as for the rest, you actually have some of my favorite books on it. I will have to get around the the couple on your list that I haven't read yet.
